Once you have paid for your travel health brief, it is available straightaway, and as such, we are unable to provide a refund – please see the Terms of Supply for more information.
Travel health information is personalised for each traveller. We use date of birth information such as date of birth, travel activities, medications and health status to generate personalised travel health information. Each of these aspects can lead to different output in the Travel Health Briefs that we produce.
Once you have purchased your Travel Health Brief, a VAT receipt is available in the system.
The pinpoint travel health brief will include information about the travel diseases present on your trip. In the future we may list information directly on the website, but this is not currently available.
The vaccines and antimalarials that are listed int he pinpoint travel health brief are available from your local travel health clinic. We will list the nearest ones alongside your brief.
