2.6 Please note that we only provide our Website for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our Website for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any:

• 2.6.3 business interruption, or
• 2.6.4 loss of business opportunity.

2.7 If defective digital content that we have supplied damages a device or digital content belonging to you and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation. However, we will not be liable for damage that you could have avoided by following our advice to apply an update offered to you free of charge or for damage that was caused by you failing to correctly follow installation instructions or to have in place the minimum system requirements advised by us.

3 Your obligations

3.1 You acknowledge and agree that by using the Website you:

4.1 The Company shall not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to the Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any reason beyond the Company’s control.

The Company shall have no obligations with respect to such material. 7.5 The Company shall fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing the Company to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of clause 7.2 or clause 7.4 above.

They are provided for your convenience only and do not imply that the Company checks, endorses, approves or agrees with such third party websites. The Company has no responsibility for the content of the linked websites. You should check the privacy policy on any linked websites before accessing them.

8.2 The content on the Website may be provided with third party plug-ins or other third party software or content, or the content may be provided as a plug-in for, or otherwise in association with, third party software. The Company is not responsible for any third party software/content and will have no liability for your use of such third party software/content.

9.1 You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.
