2. Limitation of liability for content on this Website and accessibility

2.6 Please note that we only provide our Website for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our Website for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any:

- 2.6.3 business interruption, or
- 2.6.4 loss of business opportunity.
2.7 If defective digital content that we have supplied damages a device or digital content belonging to you and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation. However, we will not be liable for damage that you could have avoided by following our advice to apply an update offered to you free of charge or for damage that was caused by you failing to correctly follow installation instructions or to have in place the minimum system requirements advised by us.

The Company shall have no obligations with respect to such material. The Company and its designees shall be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.

7.5 The Company shall fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing the Company to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of clause 7.2 or clause 7.4 above.

They are provided for your convenience only and do not imply that the Company checks, endorses, approves or agrees with such third party websites. 8.2 The content on the Website may be provided with third party plug-ins or other third party software or content, or the content may be provided as a plug-in for, or otherwise in association with, third party software.
